Waldorf Administrator and Leadership Development

Several times, in moments of meditation, a thought came through my mind: serving non-profits that base their work in anthroposophy or Waldorf education. Following this thread, I did a google search (as any woman in her time would do) and discovered that Antioch University New England was launching a pioneer program titled "Waldorf Administrator and Leadership Development" in April. I immediately contacted the program director, and was enrolled the same day, while securing non-degree grants from VSAC.

The two first sessions were inspiring:

- an initial session at Antioch New England, featuring 22 administrators from various Waldorf schools across the continent
- a Renewal course on organizational issues (featuring conflict resolution) at High Mowing High School in New Hampshire

I am looking forward to interacting with fellow administrators for our Fall semester.

Volunteering - and successes!

It's been a year full of research, writing and tribulations. Quite a few lessons were learned, both on the personal and professional front. Numerous letter of intent (LOI) were sent, a few grant proposals were written, reports were submitted, templates were created and a few successes were had:

THREE grants were successfully received following the efforts.

It has been a full year, and a pleasure to serve these non-profits making meaningful work.

Blessings on our work together!
